The Crown is a beautiful destination in the heart of Western Jamaica. This inland retreat provides visitors with an opportunity for community tourism unmatched anywhere else in Jamaica! Here you will see and experience “real” and “authentic” Jamaican living in the scenic town of Haddo.

At The Crown, visitors will enjoy a breathtaking view of the ocean and spectacular sunsets. Large coconut palms are plentiful on the property along with scenic gardens. Seasonal fresh produce including akee, mango, cocoa, and yams are harvested on site!  Fresh local fruit and vegetable markets are available within walking distance. Tastefully and comfortably furnished guest suites all include private bathroom, with shower, wifi, refrigerator, and TV.

Nearby attractions include Rocklands's Bird Sanctuary, a 400 year old swimming pool, Mayfield Falls and a Giant Stone sculpture center. We have a coffee shop/bar serving our guests as well as the local community featuring hot/cold cocoa drinks, smoothies,and  snacks.

The Crown is quickly becoming Jamaica's Premier event center and hosts performances with many well known Reggae artists (see event schedule for details).

  For your special event, our covered upper balcony can be rented for private weddings, parties, life celebrations, or meetings. 

We are conveniently located on the major roadway from Montego Bay to Jamaica’s South Coast, minutes from the capitol city of Savannah La Mar, a 15-minute drive to South coast  beaches, and 45  minutes from Negril's famous white sand beach. We are 30 minutes from the Sangster International Airport, and are happy to help arrange travel via bus, private taxi, or car rental.
